Accommodation and transport problems

Accommodation and transport problems are increasing in many large cities. Businesses are encouraged to move to rural areas. Do advantages outweigh disadvantages?

In the modernization era, many problems occur in metropolitan cities like accommodation and transport. The movement of an organization from urban to rural areas has become the solution to eradicate such issues. There are a lot of positive and negative outcomes of this.

On the one side, it is ridiculous to say that any business can shift from an urban area to the countryside without facing any loss. Firstly, this change may cost a firm due to a reduction in the quality of its workforce. Not each employee is willing to resettle or work there. And they prefer seeking another career in the large city to maintain their current living standards. The enterprises would have to hire local workers who are, indeed,  less competent. The expenses for the mandatory training courses are significant to them. But an improvement in their professional performance would still not be guaranteed.

On the other side, the advantages of the relocate the companies are more important. It can help to reduce the population density in the metropolis. As a result, the flow of workers travelling in rush hours would disappear. Moreover, relocation of companies’ headquarters makes a way for construction for residential areas, so people would no longer live in narrow houses and apartments. Finally, factories carry along with them modern production lines to the suburban area. Hence the rural population might have access to such high technological advancements, which have been far away to them ever.

In conclusion, to move from large cities to the countryside of enterprises gives the various positive outcomes. Hence, the advantages of this change outweigh the disadvantages.
