In some countries it is now illegal to reject someone applying for a job because of his age. Do you think this a positive or negative development?

Nowadays, many nations, various people are rejected by some jobs illegally, Because of their age. I thought it is a negative development to society and for the country.

If people do not have jobs, who can do, the unemployment rate raises eventually. In such cases, the government becomes helpless to fix such stern. Occupations are the main source of income for middle-class families. To illustrates, in various families, there is one person who earns money to fulfill their family member’s needs. If such persons face unemployment, their families will suffer from various detrimental effects. Thus, the social conditions of these families become worst.

The increased unemployment rate gives adverse effects on the government. When persons who do not any job, it reduces the production of the country. As a result, the economic condition becomes unfavourable and the GDP of the country will start falling. According to a recent report, one of the most reasons behind the upsurge of the GDP is the low level of the unemployment rate. People are more helpful to boost economic conditions. Moreover, a country where social issues are present at least level, there, improvement in economic status shifts automatically.

In conclusion, work is vital to people as well as authorizes and both are attached. If people have a job or not, the economic conditions of any country bowed or declined dramatically.
